Fourth Grade Class Teacher (Fall 2025)

Position Type: Full-time

Berkshire Waldorf School is seeking a Fourth Grade Class Teacher for the 2025–26 school year. The ideal candidate has Waldorf teaching experience and brings strong classroom management skills, clear communication, and a collaborative spirit. Mentoring and classroom support will be provided.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Waldorf teaching certificate or enrollment in a training/mentorship program through BWS
  • Minimum of 3 years paid teaching experience in an accredited primary school (preferred).

Student Support Administrator (2024–25)

Position Type: Full-time

This is a new position at BWS for an experienced Student Support Administrator. Candidates should have a background in differentiated instruction or special education, with a strong understanding of neurodevelopmental profiles and assessments. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter ready to help shape a custom program in a Waldorf environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with children
  • Degree in education, special education, or a related field
  • Understanding of remediation and neurodevelopmental profiles
  • Waldorf experience or interest is a plus

Fourth Grade Class Teacher (Fall 2025)

Position Type: Full-time

We are hiring a First Grade Class Teacher for the 2025–26 school year. Candidates should be warm, creative, and experienced in early childhood development, with a grounding in Waldorf education or a willingness to train. Mentorship and classroom support are available.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Waldorf teaching certificate or enrollment in a training/mentorship program through BWS
  • Minimum of 3 years paid teaching experience in an accredited primary school (preferred)
